2. General data processing
We process personal data only to the extent necessary and on the basis of the GDPR and other applicable laws. Processing usually requires either the user’s consent or a legal permission.
3. Server log files
When you visit our site, data such as browser type, operating system, referrer URL, time of request, and IP address are automatically stored in server log files. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in operating and securing the site). Retention: max. 30 days.

5. Contacting us
If you contact us by email or contact form, we process your details to respond to your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Data is deleted once no longer required, at the latest 24 months after the last correspondence.
6. Lesson recording
If you book lessons with us, audio recordings are created only with your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can revoke this consent at any time using the control tool sent to you. Recordings are kept for 12 months and then deleted.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), objection (Art. 21), and data portability (Art. 20). To exercise these rights, contact aw@lingo-os.de. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
